Established in 2014, My Bootcamp assists in performing outdoor and indoor 45-minute workouts. Aside from the guided exercises, our trainers provide nutrition coaching and challenges to beat. With the support of North Phoenix, Arizona’s best instructors and your classmates, you are steps away from a fitter, healthier, and more energized you.

With a vision, values, and goals, Lawrence Middleton  stand behind a holistic approach to health and fitness. He not only honor the physical body but also the mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of a person. Learn more about Lawrence respective stories by reading his biography below.

Lawrence Middleton, Owner and Head Coach

Lawrence was born and raised in New York City before moving to Washington, D.C. Later on, he relocated cross-country to the state of Washington before finally settling in Phoenix, Arizona. Lawrence has been a personal trainer and Chinese martial artists for more than 20 years.

Lawrence developed his passion for martial arts and fitness to give himself an outlet for his energy and as a means for self-defense. His love for martial arts grew when he had opportunities to train with several of China’s great masters. After developing his martial arts skills, Lawrence became qualified to compete in the 2004 Pre-Olympic Games in Zhengzhou, China. He represented the U.S.A.’s traditional Wu-Shu team.

As a fitness enthusiast, Lawrence made a name for himself in Washington, D.C. and Phoenix. He was motivated to help others by pursuing a career in personal training. As a trainer, he has helped many individuals, including those in the military, reach their weight loss and personal goals. Over the years, Lawrence’s clients have appreciated his genuine concern, ambitious drive, and dedication to produce results.

Lawrence is a member of the U.S. Air National Guard Security Forces. He was recognized for his PT performance and leadership abilities during his military training.
