The goal of My Bootcamp is to prepare you for various challenges that you may encounter. We can help you train for a marathon, an obstacle course, or the race of life. Our classes in North Phoenix, Arizona focus on the five pillars of strength to prepare you to be at your best while you’re striving for your goal.

The Five Pillars of Strength

 

Natural Movement

You’ll look and feel good when you move well. During each class, you’ll experience elements of natural human movement. We’ll get you moving in all three planes of motion and challenge you with complex patterns such as crawling, climbing, sprinting, balancing, jumping, and more.

High-Intensity Intervals

High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT) is the most effective method of torching calories, increasing metabolism, and improving strength and conditioning. You’ll be working for maximum effort for 55 seconds and rest for 17 as you move through a circuit of several exercises.

After going through the circuits twice, you’ll get a brief rest and take on another circuit of new exercises. Each class comprises of three circuits. You’ll crawl away but come running back!

 

Combat Elements

It’s fun to punch and kick. Each class will include combative elements that will help get you fit. Ground & Pound, Beat Downs, and the Mr. Miyagi are some of the exercises that will attempt to make you spill your cookies. All of these were designed to get you in your best condition.

 

Nutrition

Let’s face it. Nutrition is the hard part. The harsh reality is that your results are 80% diet and only 20% fitness. That’s why every My Bootcamp member is enrolled in our nutrition program FOR FREE! We help you understand the “why” behind the “what” of nutrition. Our team will emphasize why eating the right way is important and how it impacts your performance and results in fitness and life.

 

Awesome Community

Without a supportive community, exercise quickly turns into excuses. Friends hold each other accountable and challenge each other to work harder. Going through your struggles with another person creates an emotional bond that helps make fitness a part of your life forever. At My Bootcamp, you’ll not only want to bring your friends, but you’ll make new ones as well.

Get Started

First Phase

You don’t need to be in shape to do our program. No matter where you are on your fitness journey, we will take you to the next level. If you haven’t been to the gym in a while or ever in your life, then First Phase is perfect for you. When you enroll in this program, you will receive nutrition guidelines. You may also join our support system and our special Saturday classes.

A three-day-a-week program, First Phase teaches you the basic exercises that we use at My Bootcamp. It will ensure that you are using proper form to reduce the risk of injury and minimize your frustration level. During the small group sessions, you will learn our routines with one of our expert coaches. After four weeks, you will be ready to transition to our existing program.

Bootcamp Training

Break your normal routine with our bootcamp training! You will enjoy getting fit as you engage in our out-of-the-box training techniques such as:

  • Signature Fire Hose
  • TRX Suspension Trainer
  • Rip Trainer
  • Lebert Equalizer
  • Tires
  • Sandbags
  • Kettle Bells

Personal Training

When you choose to train with us, you may opt to take personal training sessions. Working with a coach in a private setting, you will get focused attention to tackle the things you need to work on the most. We will help you reach your potential while working at your own pace to lessen the risk of injury.

Defensive Tactics and Self-Defense Classes

Aside from the regular strength and conditioning programs, we offer effective Kung Fu, Wu-Shu, and other combat martial arts training programs. Our trainers offer the following classes*:

  • Women-Only Self-Defense
  • MMA Sanda (Kickboxing)

  • 12-Week Conditioning Program

It is impossible to out-exercise a poor diet. If you jump into a new fitness program with great expectations and motivation, then you will be disappointed with your results if nutrition is ignored. By failing to fuel your body properly, you can’t perform or recover well and you’ll be at great risk of injury. Our team strives to spend a significant amount of time educating you on nutrition.

We believe that there is only one true nutritional plan—the human diet—because it focuses on the food that we were designed to eat: meat, vegetables, fruits, nuts, and seeds. It’s so simple yet so complex at the same time. To help you get started, we offer a 30-day program specifically designed to help you navigate the complexity of modern life while implementing the surprisingly simple and satisfying human diet.

We know that fad and crash diets, miracle pills, and meal replacements are not part of a balanced, sustainable path toward health and fitness.
